</color><FontFamily><param>Times New Roman</param>As far as I know, you're reading the requirements right, but let me tell
you how we do it in my den. <bigger>
<smaller>We meet 3 times a month, the fourth week is the pack meeting, so the
boys and I (along with a parent "volunteer") learn one of the activity
pins. I keep track of who's attended the den meetings, what requirements
we did during those den meetings, etc. Before it's time to give our pack
advancement person the report, I look over the list and remind boys what
they need to finish up to achieve the pin. Most of the time all of my
boys will have completed the pin during the den meetings, and if they
missed one meeting, they make up the work either at the next den
meeting, or at home and turn in the documentation to me. <bigger>
<smaller>So yes, while there are requirements and they do need to be completed, it
is still possible for all the boys to receive the pins at the same time.<bigger>
<smaller>So far, this has worked pretty well with both my Webelos den and going
back to when my 17 year old was in Webelos.<bigger>
