Advancement Guidelines Book

HEADS UP everyone.

I picked up the 1999 edition of the advancement guidelines book
yesterday at our Scout Shop.

The new edition is called
Advancement Committee Policies and Procedures (#33088B)
replacing last year's
1998 BSA National Advancement Policies and Procedures (#33088A)

It's got a completely new cover, and they reformatted the text (larger
type), moved some stuff around, revised references from Exploring to
Venturing, and added a few sections (on Cub Scout and Venturer
Advancement).

When I did a quick scan, comparing old with new, I didn't see anything
deleted other than references to Exploring, and I saw no changes to the
actual text other than the added info and the references to
Exploring/Venturing.
