But, Ian, it's the first explanation that I've really connected with.

My relative inexperience makes AD/HD a challenge for me to
constructively deal with. This explanation helps more than you
would believe. Resist the urge to jazz it up and add all the
science stuff. . .it gets in the way of a rookies comprehension.
