You are correct! I stand corrected, I was mixing the Requirements for
Safety Afloat into the requirements for Adult Leadership on camping and
trips. I come from an Aquatic troop, so I just got into the habit of of
rolling one into the other. This way we can always get on the water if
the chance presents itself.
