I to was stopped by the uniform police. So I went out and found that
their is a change. Not one I like!!!!!!!!!
AS PER the 1997-1999 Insignia Guide pg 22 It now reads that Adults wear
only on formal Eagle occasions.
The 1989 printing read. Adults wear on formal or dress occasions.
I personally feel that it should be changed back to the 1989 printing.
The night I was told that I was wrong, as I looked around the room I
could find no one else even wearing the Eagle knot. Yes it is a boys
award but I worked hard and feel that it is one the highest
accomplishments of my like, and I have earned several.
