Colin, I fully agree with you. However, the confusion comes from p 5 of
the Insignia Guide where it states "Scouters should netiher seek awards
designed for boys nor wear them on the Scouter uniform except for square
knots representing the Arrow of Light Award, Eagle Scout Award..." This
implies NO medal.
But p. 22 FULLY clarifies (in my mind...) under "Eagle Award" where it
clearly states "Adults wear only on formal or dress occasions."
