Dear Larry,

You will need the following:
A CR, a CC who can also be the CR and at least two more committee members
(the committee must have a minimum of three adults). The committee is charged
with appointing "an Advisor and at least one Associate Advisor." This
information can be located in BSA publication number 34655, Venturing Leader
Manual (1998).
