Starting a new Unit

I am trying to get a Venture Crew together before the end of the year.
We have 6 possibly 7 youth for the start.
My question is about the adult leadership.
I know we need an Advisor, CR, CC and 2 MC.
I also know that the CR & CC can be the same person. But that person also
be the Intitutional Head?
Also, do I need an Associate(Assistant) Advisor when just starting up?
Thanks for any advise. Have to meet my DE in the morning to finalize this,
just want to make sure that I have all my ducks is a row.
