I don't print directly to the invitation card. We print the invitation on a
quality paper. The paper is cut down so that it will be undersized within
the invitation folder, by about 1/8 of an inch at each edge of the full card;
the wording of the invitation will be centered on the right side. Fold the
invitation in half; apply "Glue Stik" <TM> or similar to secure the printed
invitation into the folded card. Apply the glue only to the back of the
printed half.
This has worked well since 1988, when I took over this job.
