Baloo's Bugle is up and ready for you. Hey, it is party time (Blue and Gold)
and I went all out in putting this issue together. Well, according to me, I
did : ) This one covers the Baloo & Gold theme. You will find a word search
based on the Jungle Book characters, atmosphere ideas for your Baloo and Gold,
games, songs, slides, openings advancement, etc, etc. There are also ideas
in it for Scouting anniversary week and for a "Fellar's Cake Bake". For your
graduating Webelos there are directions for a wonderful keepsake sent to me by
