Re: Serve as Unit Commissioner AND Troop Committe member ?

I feel one of the Unit Commissioner's activities is to report on unit
strengths and weaknesses to the District Commissioner, and recommend
activities that could strengthen the unit. The Unit Commissioner should
work with the Unit to improve it. In this role the UC should be
unbiased. So while the UC can and should attend unit meetings, and
perhaps Unit Committee Meetings, the UC should not be a registered adult
with that unit.
