What I would suggest to the the committee member is to work with the
Scouts to decide what the board would look like. Decide with them on
which knots should be displayed and have them make the knots for the
display, sharing with them the resources they might need (Handbook,
Field Book, MB pamphlets, Outdoor Skills Instruction pamphlets, ...).
It might be necessary in some cases (splices come to mind) where several
steps might be required to illustrate the process.
