Just a quick point of interest. Across the river in Pennsylvania, Camp
Horseshoe (Chester County Council)
http://www.octoraro.org/hsr/index.shtml
has cooperated in a conservation easement. In my limited knowledge and
opinion, this is a win - win situation. The program has not been impacted
in a negative way that I can tell. The property cannot be divided up and
rezoned. Some main parts are naturally preserved for the safety of some
endangered reptiles. Our future is protected.
