Re: Looking for Eagle Certificate Download

William Wolf (<WWOLFJR@AOL.COM>) asked:

>Certificate and I can download and print up.

The OFFICIAL Eagle Scout certificates are not available for
download at any location; they are typed and presented directly
from the BSA's Eagle Scout Service once the Scout has been
confirmed as an Eagle Scout by the National Court of Honor.

However, what you're really looking for is a *recognition piece*
that your fire department can present in recognition of the new
Eagle Scout. I couldn't find one for you, either. But I can
put one together for you and post it to the Leaders' Online site
(URL::http://users.aol.com/coffeeweb/LO/) in the "resources" area.
It'll take me about a week to get one together that'll look nice.

Of course, you're gonna have to download the shareware program to
print it out (good stuff, free to use and works with many of the
files and resources found there and on other places within The
Tree!)

You know, if you don't want to wait a week or so for mine, you just
might have the Fire Chief to present a fire helmet and a letter
signed by him and the rest of the officers of the Department. This
letter could be more prized than a "stock certificate" with
information written or printed into it!

There's several Eagle Scout Badges online if you want to go and
create your own certificate; take a look at EagleScout.org or to
personal Eagle Scout sites. You'll find both the Badge and Medal
displayed at URL::http://www.eaglescout.org

Take a look at LO in about a week; I should have a stock
certificate done in NewWrite by then, ready to download and print!
