My husband is Scout Master for my sons Troup. In November my daughter, two
other mothers, and I went on the Troups campout. We were all made to feel
very welcome by everyone, including our children. We all had a great time.
I feel bad for the moms whose kids don't want them camping, and to not allow
them to go is even worse. If the moms were given a chance the kids might
realize moms can camp as well as the dads. Hang in there moms, exceptance
is possible.
