My Pack has taken on some "hard cases" and most of the time the boys
haven't stuck it out. I think it would have done some of them good but
thats another story.
Have the Units that require parents be involved to help out thought of
recruiting some members of their Charter Org to stand by and "adopt" a
boy for the purpose of providing the "help" needed? Many groups help out
financially why not ask if others might donate an hour or two a month to
allow a boy to participate.
