"Explorer" G.O.L.D. Court of Honor?

A young woman who just earned the Explorer G.O.L.D. Award asked the WAGGGS
mailing list if anyone there had any information about a Court of Honor
specifically for that purpose. I told her I'd place her request before
this group -- I was involved in putting together my son's Eagle Court, so I
can give her lots of marterial and sources, but is there anything specific
for the G.O.L.D.?
