To all who have their pet names, may I add some from my
grandfather:
Kodak: anything that takes pictures.
Scotties: toiletpaper
Plug: chewing tobacco
And last but not least, may I add a caution. The name of
the animal that is used by the Forest Service, to represent
fire prevention, is Smokey Bear, not Smokey the Bear. After
all, it's not Easter the Bunny. BTW, the vetrenarian who
treated the small cub that became the live Smokey lives here
in Pueblo now, still talking with children and passing on
the "Only you..." message.
