Re: NetWoods site?

Hi all,

Sorry for the confusion on accessing the NetWoods web site. I had
accidently not uploaded a page to the web site the last time I worked on
it, so the original URL didn't work any more.

The "official" URL is now:

http://www.isd.net/stobin/index.htm

However, the old URL is still supposed to work, which is:

http://www.isd.net/stobin/index.html

And, of course, just plain http://www.isd.net/stobin should also work.
And if this isn't confusing enough, my ISP, for some reason which is
unclear to me, has also enabled the "srtobin" version of everything,
including my email address. Arggg!

While all this may seem silly and unnecessary (and it should be), it falls
into the realm of what various software programs use for defaults. My web
editing software at home does not agree with what the ISP web server uses.
In order to use some fancy features of MY software I had to change my
homepage filename to suit it.

The end result, I hope, is to end up with a website that is easier to
maintain and change, so that I may better serve scouters on the
internet. As always, I am open to suggestions and ideas to make the
NetWoods web site a more valuable resource.

In Scouting,

Steve
