Also, I would like to add as to the California case, that it will not go any
further than our State Supreme Court because there were no federal issues in
the case only ones that pertain to laws in the State of California.
The only way it can continue is for the plaintiffs to "find" some federal
issues and refile their case all over again starting from ground zero.
Hopefully they no longer have the time or money or wherewithal to do this
again. Especially since I am in the council that they sued!! We are relieved
more than I can say that this is over now.
