Scott,

Aren't you going to have a Camporee in 2000? The Millenium may be
celebrated in 2000, but the new century doesn't start until 1-1-2001. The
First Century of the Common Era ran from 1 to 100, not 0 to 99; therefore,
all subsequent centuries start with the year ending in 1 and run through a
year ending in 00.
