My questions to the list include:
1. What is National policy regarding District level JLT? Is unit level
JLT recommended or required?
2. Do any of you offer JLT on the District Level?
3. If offered on the District Level, how is it handled?
The way I under stand it in Chester County Council, Horseshoe Trail
District does not have a JLT, however a Scout has to have been through
a unit JLT before he can go to Council JLT. And should have been on
Council JLT Staff before he'll get a recommendation for National JLT.
