off subject post - Helping a 1st Grade Class in Angie, LA

I'm trying to assist a friend in a celebration of the 100th day of school.
My friends name is Barbara and she teaches first grade in a small town in
Louisiana. I travel a lot and have been collecting as I can but I will not
make it to all states before the 100th day of school. This is where you
come in... If you can send her a post card to the address listed below that
has the state name on it with a short note to the class it would be greatly
appreciated. She will be using these to help teach geography to the class
as part of the normal lesson.
Here is her note to me:
"As a teacher I am trying to collect 100 postcards from different states and
countries for an activity we will do on our 100th school day. I would like
your help in achieving this goal. Would you please send me a postcard from
the state or country where you reside? Here is my school address: Send to ..
Barbara Curless, % Varnado Elementary School, 64139 Jones Creek Rd., Angie,
LA 70426."
She asks that you let her know if you can send her one by dropping an e-mail
