This is a problem for us right now. We have a boy who just joined
scouting 1-1/2 monthes ago getting his Bear Badge next week. The Bear
Leader hasn't even seen his book (was absent Monday night) and this boys
Dad does the Advancement Reports. Alot of us feel this is wrong, but
the committee chairman doesn't think anything is amiss and since she is
also Unit Commissioner we can't go to her. Anyone have any suggestions?
