Richard,
I did not answer to the original request for help. I did reply
to that particular message I was answering (sorry for the circularity)
I believe that a contribution how to address people is not a "tangent".
I believe such a contribution interests other (and probably more)
people then a comiseration on how bad the original offender was.
Somebody else might find more interesting things to say about how to
handle this particular leader. I will not stand in that persons way. Please
don't censor me
