Well, I am here to tell you that I WOULD be drunk after 2-3 beers. I am
to the point of not being able to drive after one.
Everyone's "drunk level" is different. It all depends on weight, health and
tolerence.
In this situation, talking to the leader and reminding them that there is
no alcohol allowed at a Scouting event. Then if they do not get rid of it,
then you politely but firmly ask them to leave.
Think of it this way. This one person drinks at one picnic. The next
picnic, a few more people bring alcohol. and so on and so on. Pretty
soon, we have drunken Scouting Picnics. Not a pretty sight and not
one that I want my son involved in or exposed to.
