The following is a summary of the article. I have kept my personal view
out of it since they are only my views and should not be of any importance
to the list at this moment.
For those without browers, this is the 1992 case from California where a
man's regristration was revoked for his being gay. The case went through
the court systems. It was ruled by the Supreme Court that the BSA had a
right to deny gays membership, in this one case. The article does mention
that there are stronger cases that may end up there in the future, such as
the NJ case from last year, I think.
