In our Troop, it is specified that the Scouts have a "Troop Account"
which is money that the Scouts can use for Troop 9 activities. If the
Scouts does not recharter with Troop 9, the money is rolled over into the
Troop's general funds.
It is really up to the Troop holding the money to determine how it is
handled. Each Troop in our area does it differently. Some do only "Troop
Fundraisers" and cover all expenses.
