I am sorry, but I am confused... first you say that the troop "adds money
for participating in various fundraisers"... and then you say that
the money might not have been directly earned by the scout.
would you please explain how this is possible... are you saying that
the scout might have participated by being on the crew that set up a pop
corn booth but he was not the one who made the pop corn and therefore
did not "directly" earn the money?
