A SERVICE PROJECT consists of the following
1) it is something that needs done.
2) it is something that is not being done for pay.
3) someone will benifit from your doing it.
4) you will not get paid for doing it.
You did not make clear if this is in reference to Eagle service project
or just service projects in general.
For example if your troop collected clothes to give to the needy, that
would be a service project. other examples include
removal of exotic plants from a natural area, cleaning up a park, or
beach, painting a house for some one who could not affoprd it. building
play equipment, etc.
