Re: Troop Accounts

We would not hesitate to send to send a check out to the new Troop. They
earned it with the understanding that it be used for Scout (activities,
equipment, uniforms, whatever). The old Troop should live up to that
bargain. Sounds like they're letting their "personality conflict" color
their thinking.
