Not true. You and every other female Scouter has a CHOICE now: to
either wear the "traditional shirts" or to wear the "generic
shirts" that all other Scouters wear. You make the choice. It is
hopeful that you make the choice based on the Pack's decision so
that everyone in your Pack will "look consistant", but it's a
PERSONAL CHOICE and not predicated on program.
In EITHER event, you wear the blue shoulder loops as a Cub Scouter.

This again, Paula, is a PACK decision, and not again decided based
on which part of the WEBELOS Cub Scout program they are a part of.
Sounds like they wanted to "keep things traditional".
