Okay, I confess. Put up your rubber hoses. I sometimes make fat finger
errors. It's not 454 families but 45. However I did omit the 11 graduate
families ( of which I is one), so its really 56 families. The other
observations still hold. In fact the only organization within my council
that is 100% email is the council web team ( surprise, surprise).
