Congratulations on having such an excited group of scouts and adults.
Just a couple of suggestions:

Examine the Guide to Safe Scouting as a good source of information
for age appropriate activities and to ensure proper programming.

The new Venture materials are good programming as well. A new
venture post when they turn 14??

Don't forget, when you are talking about the teen-ager based programs,
that the boys should be given opportunities to "take charge" as often as
possible. The assistant scoutmasters are great resources and advisors,
but they shouldn't be the ones in charge. Look towards your OA lodge,
the leaders are coming out of the teen-aged scouts.

Best of luck, please keep us informed of how things go.
