Question about Boy Scout Troop High Adventure Program

Hi, all...Our troop finally has a critical mass of 13-year-olds, and I am
trying to get a high adventure program started. I have two ASMs all ready to
take charge, and a bunch of Scouts who think it sounds like a great idea.

I would like to ask the esteemed campfile participants here where to find
information about policies, procedures, requirements, and just exactly how to
run the program. There is a little information in the Scoutmaster's
Handbook, and a very small pamphlet at the local Scout Office. I would like
to know if there is an official publication that tells me what we need to do.
