Activities and Civic Service Training

All,
I would appreciate any help or advice in the area of a class I've been
asked to teach at our upcoming University of Scouting.
The course is entitled "The Unit, District, and Council Activities and
Civic Service Chairman" or Committee or Function, whichever suits you best.
Focus is toward the roles and responsibilities of chairperson or committee,
and what the council can do for units.
There use to be a pamphlet regarding this subject, but unfortunately I'm
unable to locate the copy I had.
