Re: multiple questions

Well, to expand on Peter's and my posts: we're wanting to set by-laws more
for the troop committee and the general "rules" that we have made. Things
like: how much for dues, campouts, etc.

Believe me, we expound the "boy run" concept. Sometimes to the detriment
of our organization because it gives poor leaders an out for not
straightening out messes. We have a behavior problem right now with the
SPL and his assistant that may lose us boys if the Scoutmaster doesn't do
something. Of course, one of the boys involved is his son who seems to be
considered a model and "super" scout. Far from it. Of course, my son is
one of the boys who may find a new troop -- and we're not quitters.
