Re: Crossing over ceremonies and customs

it's always interesting to hear the different perspectives on how things
are done..........at their crossing, our Scouts got their neckerchief
from the new Troop and the handbook from the old Pack..........our Troop
gives out the neckerchief as a part of the ceremony, it marks the clear
point when the Scout has changed from Cub to Boiy
Scout................also, we have our neckerchiefs custom made for only
about $1.50 each so it is much cheaper than a handbook.............

We are a bit cheaper! :) The Pack typically buys the book and we buy RED
epaulets and have the changing of the colors. Out boys opted for no
neckerchief, so we get by for $1.30 or whatever they cost! Please email me
privately where you get your neckerchiefs done for that price and is it a
patch, silkscreen, multi-color, etc.
