In our troop we recommend the boys get a three ring binder and a
set of baseball trading card holder pages. We suggest that the
boys save their rank advancement and MB blue cards in the card
pockets. They then have a reliable record to use in case the troop
records are not correct. I've had 2 boys that transfered from
other troops and had a bit of trouble reconstructing records for
an Eagle Scout advancement report. With the card pages the boys
have an easy time transfering dates. Plus they have proof if
council comes back questioning any information.
