Get you a program like Quattro or some other spread sheet program. List
the boys across the top and the advancement and MB's down the left
side. When a boy earns a rank or badge, just put a mark in the
corresponding box. You can add or delete badges as National makes
changes. You can add camp outs and mark those that attend. Add their
OA membership, BSA Life Guard, Den Chief, and info you might want.
Print the sheet about every three months or so and post it so the boys can
compare. Make this a job for say, the librarian or scribe.
