I sure don't understand what the fuss is about..............it seemed
like a very reasonmable question to me............in Washington state we
have had the option of sending a name thru the Washington State Patrol
for a criminal check for many years.............there is a small fee for
businesses but for schools and non-profit orgs. it is
free................this year our Council office began requiring these
cchecks on all new adult members........the infoirmation is kept
confidential and problems are handled by the Coucil?District
