Good evening scouters!

I have a question on how the color guard should carry a folded flag while
either advancing to post the colors, or retreating after lowering the colors.
I could not find this particular detail at the US Flag website, so I am turning
to the wisdom of the Scouts-L list for some ideas. I believe that the flag
should be cradled in both arms, clutched to the chest with the forearms
crossed. Is this correct?

Thanks in advance,

Randy Leonard
