A request for users of Outlook and Netscape/IE

I have a request from one user of the list to other list users.

Often, many users have complained of seeing blank messages.
Others complain of "weird" coding in the messages.

More often then not, these are the result of using Outlook, Outlook
Express, Netscape or IE with the HTML enabled.

For those of us who do not use HTML compliant email programs or
have HTML turned off because many list don't allow it, it makes
viewing these messages difficult.

I am not connected with the list or server in anyway other then that
of a user, I just wanted to make this request.
