I can certainly understand your dilemma. My son is absolutely wonderful with
other adults, but around the home he really "tests"us. I don't think we can
hold our sons up to higher standards than other boys in the troop (after all,
we don't judge them on standards and behaviors in the home, only what we see
in troop mtgs and outings), so I think we have to grit our teeth, but still
continue to counsel them.
Just my .02 cents worth...
