Cub Basic Training

I need some help. We have just recruited a new Cub Training Chair.
Trying to get training materials out of the local council has been
nearly impossible. Every time the current syllabus for Cub Basic is
asked for, the council gives out a 1989-90-91 version (full 8 hours or
an alternate 3 part including home study). Nothing resembling the 4
hour version everyone on Scouts-L is talking about. I have also asked
about the QLU (Quarterly Leader Update) courses. No one here has ever
heard of them. Does anyone have reference numbers specific to these
items? Are there any videos associated with the Cub Basic Training?
Does anyone have the current AV numbers for those? Any help would be
greatly appreciated. I had this same problem a couple of years ago
when YPP was revamped and then earlier this year on the new
Commissioner tape on 14 situations. Council had a heck of a time
securing the new materials.
