What constitiutes a troop/patrol activity?

I'm curious as to what other BSA Troops count as a "troop/patrol =
activity (other than troop/patrol meetings)" for purposes of Second and =
First Class requirements. Do you count any meeting other than the =
regular weekly meeting (i.e. group service projects, Eagle Courts of =
Honor, CS Pack bridging ceremonies, etc.), or do you count only monthly =
outings (overnight or otherwise).
