Jere Ratcliffe is a professional Scouter, having served as Scout Executive of
the Heart of America council. As the chief professional of that council he
was also became Directing Chief of Mic-O-Say in 1988. I believe 4 years
later, in 1992, he became our Chief Scout Executive.
I do not know his prior history.
