Thanks for Roundup results

To all,
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for everyone who
responded (a lot) to my request for Roundup results. In particular, the
replies of Michelle Johnson, Robert Gerhard, and Jeff Stine (not in any
particular order) were very helpful and well thought out.
I know many of you have years of experience with various aspects of
Scouting, so this may or may not be useful, but when I can (soon,
hopefully) I will combine these ideas and suggestions, both pro and con,
into a list for all to use.
