So just WHO and HOW do the Junior leaders get evaluated?
Should that be part of the PLC meeting?
Kind of a "OK - so how do YOU guys think you are doing?"
Should the SPL evaluate the ASPL and PL's?
Could we have some kinda "reflection" for a self evaluation?
I like the idea to get the PLC more envolved in the evaluation
of leadership. I can really help to teach them to be better,
better as a leader, and better as a "middle" manager (PL?)
