I think I disagree with you there. There are many influences that bear on a
child's outcome. Some are genetic, some are upbringing, and some are other
environmental influences. Attention deficit disorder, for example, can be
deadly when combined with influences from bad actors, and parents may be
helpless to deal with that. A parent can control what a child does only
when the child is in the parent's presence.

I agree fully. Parenting and sexual cohabitation are two extraordinarily
important items in a young adult's life, and therefore we do whatever we
can to prevent the teaching of anything about them.

Absolutely we want them to experience that. Children, however, do not
necessarily mirror their families, unless you include formation in reaction
to, rather than in emulation of, as mirroring.
